Barbara Beznos

Barbara Beznos, RD, LD/N, is a nationally accredited Registered Dietitian (RD) with offices in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and Boca Raton, Florida, where she is also a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN).

Barbara is the founder and owner of Integrated Nutrition, LLC & PLC, located in Farmington Hills, Michigan (LLC) and Boca Raton, Florida (PLC).

Barbara received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Education from Michigan State University and completed her course work in nutrition and dietetics at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. Barbara performed her dietetic internship at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit.

A pioneer and leader in the field of private nutritional counseling and education in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Her ad/column, Nutritionally Speaking, was a popular feature for years in the print version of the Detroit Jewish News.

Barbara is in regular demand today as a guest presenter/speaker at senior-focused events in both Michigan and Florida.
